On March 14, 2017 German Vyacheslavovich Yelyanushkin was appointed Head of “Channel Named After Moscow” federal state budgetary institution in accordance with Instruction №28/k-mrf of the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport as of March 14, 2017.
